Product Description

1. Scope of application: used for sterilization of medical devices such as soft endoscopes, rigid endoscopes, electric knives, ophthalmic instruments, thermosensitive instruments, metal instruments, active instruments, precision instruments, etc. that cannot withstand pressure steam.
2. Cavity structure and material: The cavity structure is rectangular, and the cavity material is SUS304 stainless steel, which has excellent thermal conductivity, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. It has dual sterilization modes: non-lumen mode (fast sterilization speed) and lumen mode (strong sterilization efficiency).
4. Sterilizer concentration: sterilizer formaldehyde concentration ≤2%.
5. Sterilizer sampling: A fully automatic closed sampling system is used.
6. Sterilization procedure: Preset 60ºC sterilization procedure; 78ºC sterilization procedure and vacuum test procedure;
7. The parameters of each stage of the procedure can be displayed, recorded, traced, saved and retrieved.
8. Sterilization medium residue: The average value of sterilizer residue on the surface of the instrument after sterilization meets the requirements of relevant international and domestic standards.
9. The formaldehyde content in the equipment operating environment meets the national occupational exposure limit requirements.
10. Control method: Computer full touch screen control. Real-time pressure, temperature, sterilizer consumption and other parameters are displayed. Full leak detection.
